Go Diego Go!™ Animal Rescue Boat Lead Paint Violation Recall

Fisher-Price, in cooperation with the United States Consumer Product Safety Commission is voluntarily recalling a limited number of Go Diego Go!™ Animal Rescue Boat toys which were painted by a specific contract manufacturer during a limited timeframe.

The recalled toys were sold in retail stores nationwide since June 2007.  Surface paint on the logos of affected boats contains lead in excess of permissible levels, violating the federal lead paint standard.

The recalled Animal Rescue Boat includes a Diego figure in a lifesaver jacket, a yellow and orange boat with two painted logos on the top, and a black and white whale.

Fisher-Price has confirmed the limited dates of manufacture impacted by this recall.  Use this online guide to determine if the product you own is affected by this recall.
